This feature used for displaying all the pending task.
we were using query Smartobjects services using SODataadapter to read all active workflow list items. yesterday (10-Sept-2015) suddenly the query doesnt return any rows.
when i query directly in the Smartobject services also it doesnt return any values. when tried to query for other Process names it shows, only for a particular process name it is not showing any records.
though it is displaying all the process under workspaces.
Resolution
The issue is resolved by giving View rights to the user account. Thereafter, the user is able to query the process name and worklist items.
