Symptoms


Unable to proceed to App Activation Page in K2 4.7. After clicking on "Manage App Activations" on the App Catalog, it indefinitely loads displayin "Working on it..." message.
Open browser developer tools/console and get the following error:

SCRIPT5022: Sys.ParameterCountException Parameter count mismatch.
 

Diagnoses


Resolved the issue after supplying the fix and applying the following steps:

It is necessary to remove/clean up old version of an app before adding new one using the following process:

K24SP2013 Clean up Procedure for 4.7

1. App Catalog Level - Uninstall app from the Site Content page

2. Navigate to the "Apps for SharePoint" page

3. Click on the ellipses for the app and Remove/Delete the K24SP app

5. Navigate to Site Settings > Recycle Bin

6. Empty Recycle bin

7. Click on link to Secondary Recycle bin

8. Empty Recycle bin there as well

9. Upload new App to Apps for SP Page

10. Add App to Site Content and Run registration


The K2 app need to manually be uploaded to the Application Catalog
