When making updates to my nintex form, I am no longer to preview it before publishing.  I receive the folowing error message:

The server encountered an error processing the request.  The exception message is 'Minor version limit exceeded.
You must first publish a major version before editing this document.'  See server logs for more details.  (see attachment for full message)

I Goggled for the error message but I am not sure if I understand the process to fix this.

There are references of deleting the library, and I am not even sure how to do that (not to mention afraid of losing my form!) and using SharePoint Designer (which my company does not use).

Hi Jennifer,

I experienced the same issue.  We were told that once you hit a certain number of versions you can no longer preview before publishing, unless you delete out previous published versions.  This is not something an end user can complete.  Your IT department would need to do that through their administrator settings.

We ended up not going that route because we did not want to lose previous published versions in case we ever needed to go back to an old version.  So, we are just forced to publish our forms every time we make a change...definitely not the ideal situation, especially once the forms are live and being used by others.

Good Luck!
