Symptoms


When loading Smartforms in IE 11, the following message appears:

"Your browser's compatibility mode is not supported.

Your browser is supported but it is running in a compatibility mode which is not. Please contact your system administrator to resolve this issue."

 

Diagnoses


This issue can be caused by using Enterprise Mode for the Smartforms Site in IE 11.
 

Resolution

Check with your System Administrator to see if Enterprise Mode for IE11 was enabled, and whether the Smartforms sites are in the Enterprise Mode Site List. Removing them from the Enterprise Mode Site List or disabling Enterprise Mode should allow Smartforms to be accessible again.
