Symptoms

I have a situation where I need an activity to be available to the manager to reroute it when the employee is not in the request needs to be resolved asap.
So, what I usually do is add a custom K2 code to expire one of the events using server event and open the workflow in visual studio, then right click, select "view code" and then select "event item".
however, this time it gave me the "object reference ...." error
