Symptoms

Added a view and a worklist control to a form. Set the view panel to collapse and then back to expanded, and saved the form. However, after that when attempting to edit the form, the loading spinner will not go away, and user is unable to edit the layout of the form.
 

Diagnoses

This issue seems to be caused by the View Panel's expanded property. In a form, you can choose to set a View Panel to be expanded or collapsed when user first opens the form. This error occur when user attempt to set that property, changing it from expanded to collapsed, and back to expanded again.

 

Resolution

This has been logged as a bug for further investigation.

Workaround is to re-create the form, but avoid setting the property to expand or collapse the View panels.

Alternatively, modify the View Panel's definition to remove the property that sets the expanded/collapsed property. Please contact K2 support for further instructions.
