Unable to Deploy Workflow
 

Diagnoses

When trying to deploy the workflow you the following error 'Close out Actions' and the error was that the SmartObject was empty.

This is not indeed the case as when this is executed via the smart object tester this works as expected bringing back the results as expected.
 

Resolution

The best way to get around this issue would be to remove the activity and for it to be recreated here. After this you should be able to deploy the workflow successfully.
