Symptoms

- We cannot delete certain SmartObjects in the SmartObject Designer.

- We cannot delete these SmartObjects in the K2 Management Page. (SmartObject Administration > Service Instances > Generate SmartObjects Button > opened Pop-up Dialog > Delete Tab) 
 

Diagnoses

The data source of the Smartobjects was deleted before the relevant K2 artefacts were removed
 

Resolution

Our K2 Appit operations team were able to delete the required Smartobjects from the client's Appit environment
