Symptoms
Customer is getting the following error when creating package:
“Workflow ‘[Workflow Name]’ is missing a dependency. Redeploy your Workflow to resolve this error.”
The workflow in the error is an old workflow that is no longer being used.
Diagnoses
Reviewing rules in all states of the form, we found that there were old rules referencing that old workflow in them.
Resolution
Removing all rules and states in the form that are associated to that workflow allow PandD to work successfully.
