"Unable to authenticate User" K2 error
 

Diagnoses


If a User's Active Directory OU text contains a forward slash, the user can not use any K2 forms. The user receives the message that K2 can not authenticate the user. This issue started after upgrading from 4.6.7 to 4.6.9.
 

Resolution

Bug logged and compiled a 4.6.9 coldfix available with K2 support ticket.
