Symptoms

User is unable to access K2 Management console. Access Denied.

Diagnoses

This is on a production environment that was initially configured using a different user account. Access to the Management console was limited to an account of someone that is no longer with the company (and their account is not accessible).

(Note: If a user with rights to access K2 Management is available, please contact them and request that they add your account to the K2 Management > Workflow Server > Server Rights list, granting admin rights.)

Resolution

Added AAD account to the hServer].rServerUser] table on the Appit tenant, giving admin rights. This allowed access to K2 Management.

Note: The above process must be performed by the support team and is only necessary if no user can access the admin page. If you require assistance with accessing the K2 Management console, please log a support ticket and reference this kb article.
