Symptoms


When we execute UMUser.Get Users method it also doesn't return either.
However Get UsrDetail method works.

 

Diagnoses


The issue was caused by incorrect value in LDAP connection string for this domain.
 

Resolution

We were able to resolve the issue with URM SmartObject not working for Get Groups method. We found incorrect values in LDAP string for the Domain.

We updated the Domain setting in Workspace, restarted K2 service and that resolved the issue.




 

I am experiencing the exact same issue, Get User Detail works but not Get Users.
I have checked the LDAP string and it is correct.

There are no error messages from the Smart Object and the execution time is very fast

Has anyone else seen this?

 

I am running Blackpearl 4.7 and the Application Framework for 4.7

i am experiencing issue as well with our setup.

new 5.3 install - pointed to existing database 

we use ADFS for authentication

when trying URM - GetUsers - nothing being returned when i specify ADFS label

i can login to designer and see that my ADFS authentication has worked
