I completed the "Try Nintex for 30 Days - Free" form and I haven't received any sort of download screen or email message, does it take a while to process the request?

    If it's for Nintex for O365, add the apps Nintex Workflow and/or Nintex Forms and start working. You'll notice a popup reminding you of the time left and allowing you to enter a serial number or continue it the trial version.
