Intermittent behaviour wherein tree control icon does not show
Diagnoses
This was caused by the files inside RuntimeFiles being periodically deleted based on a caching method. We have logged this as a bug. Which version, if any, this will be fixed has not been determined at this time. Product Management makes these decisions based on criticality, customer demand, and other factors.
Resolution
As a workaround, we can lengthen the interval as not to delete the icons regularly:
1. Make a backup of the web.config files in Designer and Runtime

You may try increasing the values of the keys added and test which works for you as these are just default values
