Symptoms

I am trying to transfer data from a main form to a sub form in K2 smart form however data transfer is not successful. PFA document for more details. Subform is a editable list view from a smartobject, clicking (Add new row) to add a new row would pre-populate the fields with data from the main form.

Resolution

Tried the followings to resolve the issue:
-Create Parameters in your subview/subform
-On the rule for button click > open subview/subform and configure to map data that you want to display on the subview/subform to the parameters of the subview/subform.
-On the subview/subform, configure the rule when view executed list item add or add toolbar button is clicked, use transfer data rule to transfer the parameters to the textbox/control in the subview/subform.
