When an action is redirected is this info logged in the DB anywhere? We are experiencing actions going to the wrong people, but not sure if this is an application issue or result of someone redirecting actions in error. Thanks

Normal work list item redirects (like from the workspace or through the service manager) do not get logged in the DB as far as I know. Only if data fields were changed would it get logged.


Through Workspace/Search, drill down to the activity and Activity Audit, it will show you if it was ever redirected.

Worklist item from Initiate Request redirected by [Domain][UserID] to [Domain][UserID]
