Symptoms


When ever you try to log into your Appit instance using the Android K2 mobile app you receive this error:

'The user account you selected does not match the requirements of this application. Please use a different account.'

 

Diagnoses


This issue was caused by a out of date Azure AD authentication method that the previous mobile app version was using was causing this issue. This issue is only present on the previous Android mobile application.
 

Resolution

A new version of the Android K2 Mobile app has been released that address this specific issue. If you are encountering this issue, please remove the application from your device and download the app from the play store so that you can acquire the latest version of the mobile app.
