Symptoms


When trying to configure a "Start Workflow" action for a RULE in SmartForms, if you try to select the workflow you want to start you get a pop up notification message stating "There are no items to display" even though workflows exist on the server.
 

Diagnoses


This is a known issue that came about as a result of a breaking change in Appit 1.4
 

Resolution

An isolated patch is/will be applied to "ALL" affected customer Appit instances. The FIX itself will be part of the next Appit update i.e. Appit 1.4 Update 3.
