The SmartObject 'UMUser' used in 'some activity process' could not be found.

This is a known issue in K2 4.6.11.

This is a known issue in K2 4.6.11 with URM 'Get Groups' method which does not return data when 'SP' is used as parameter. This issue is specific to 4.6.11 and doesn't exist in older versions and it has also been addressed in 4.7.
Coldfix for this issue for K2 4.6.11 is available upon request from K2 support (internal ID 687245) and the following workarounds are also available:
- Use the SharePoint Users Node in the Object Browser in the Process Designer
- Use the following SmartObject Method: SharePoint Groups / Get Users in Group
These should resolve the SharePoint Groups users.
Resolution

A coldfix is available (internal ID 666914) and will need to be applied on K2 Server/GAC as well as client machine/GAC. The Destination Set will need to be remapped afterwards.

Use workarounds mentioned above and if these are not acceptable consider upgrading to the 4.7 or contact K2 support to obtain coldfix for K2 4.6.11 (refer to internal ID 687245 in your request).
