Symptoms

The Smart Form is not working for a User.
 

Diagnoses

The Smartform is not loading for one of our user. Disabling HTTP Friendly error messages, we found that it was erring with:

Bad Request - Request too long
HTTP Error 400: The size of the request headers is too long.

Currently on K2 blackpearl 4.6.8 and Smartforms 1.0.7
 

Resolution

This was a recognized issue in K2 blackpearl 4.6.8 and Smartforms 1.0.7 in which a coldfix is available. This fix was also included in the latest version 4.6.9 release.
