Hi All


When trying to install K2 BlackPoint in a domain membre machine using the K2 BlackPoint Setup Manager, i receive the following Error when i try to enter the User Account for the K2 Runtime Web Services Web Site Configuration Step : 


The selected user needs to have domain User privileges to proceed.


The user account am using is already a domain user, and for which i configured all the permissions needed (Folders :Temp,14, Templates .....)


Deactivating the the DomainCheck in the product file in the installation folder doesn't resolve the probleme.


can someone tell me what the rights o have to give to the user that am using in the AD

    Just to confirm, the user is an AD account?

    Hey,

     

    Goto to Product config file located inside the installation folder and update the following key

    from

    setting key=”domainusercheck” value=”true”

     

    to

    setting key=”domainusercheck” value=”false”

    FYI, update in the Product.config still works in K2 Five.
