Workflows using WCF Endpoints SmartObjects fail with the following error: Message: The process cannot access the file ''File]' because it is being used by another process. ServiceName: Service Name] ServiceGuid: GUID] InnerExceptionMessage:

 

Diagnoses

This is due to a bug that was introduced in 4.6.9 where multiple process instances may try to create and delete a temp file at the same time.
 

Resolution

A fix can be provided by support to resolve this issue.
