Symptoms
When adding a row to a list view, the row would get "hidden" as soon as you click the icon of the "calendar control" or search using a "picker control".
Diagnoses
The issue is reproducible and appears to be a bug in some of the smartforms themes.
Resolution
I routed the ticket to the LABS support team and they confirmed that this is a bug. The issue was addressed in smartforms roll-up 469.7 (Or later.) When you run into this issue, please log a ticket and request the roll-up patch.
