Symptoms

I am in the process of deploying one of our workflows to our Prod. Environment.

I get two errors - The first is the Red exclamation mark, this error I get around by versioning up the smart object.

Following deployment I get the second error.

Dependency could not be created: System exception
 

Diagnoses

SQL schema changed.


 

Resolution

SQL schema had changed. Refreshing the service instance appears to have fixed the issue
