The K2 test app was not successfully queried.
Ensure the current user is not the 'System Account' or application pool identity of any SharePoint application pool. 'Site Owner' level permissions are required to add and remove apps. SPShellAdmin for the 'AppManagment' database is required.

3.Access the test app and start troubleshooting from there.
 

Diagnoses


We were able to determine that the App was not being deployed because the timer service was not on. The installer did not inform us that the Timer Service was not on.
 

Resolution

It turned out to the that the "SharePoint Timer" service was not running and therefore apps not being added correctly to sites. This requirement is not checked by the Health Check scripts.
