The issue started moving from Infopath forms to SmartForms. Extremely slow
 

Diagnoses

Disabled smart object logging and IIS logging seeing if this will help.

Client made a change in the application pools on (K2 smartforms) he changed the maximum worker process from 4 to 2 and did an IIS reset.


 

Resolution

Added to you Runtime webconfig (C:Program Files (x86) K2 blackpearlK2 smartforms Runtime).

This value is set in seconds, and determines how regularly temporary files get cleared from isolated storage. Every time it runs, it will consume resources and could be contributing to the memory/performance issue if it was added and the time shortened


This determines if the file should be deleted or not, depending on the age of the file, default is 1 hour.
Please let me know if the following configuration is added.

Customer applied the 4611.21 rollup patch over the weekend and confirm they will be testing the performance
