Symptoms

The customer is gets an error when trying to run the "Out of the box" K2 Smartobject (Activity Escalation Data) via the tester tool.
ERROR
The identifier that starts with 'AND, 0, 'AND', 1) ) ) _ProcSet] Join _Proc WITH (NOLOCK) On _ProcSet.ID = _Proc.ProcSetID Join _Esc ' is too long. Maximum length is 128. Unclosed quotation mark after the character string 'AND, 0, 'AND', 1) ) ) _ProcSet] Join _Proc WITH (NOLOCK) On _ProcSet.ID = _Proc.ProcSetID Join _Esc W'. Incorrect syntax near 'AND, 0, 'AND', 1) ) ) _ProcSet] Join _Proc WITH (NOLOCK) On _ProcSet.ID = _Proc.ProcSetID Join _Esc '.
 

Diagnoses

The ticket was linked to an existing TFS item (Bug: Workflow Reporting Service - Activity Escalation data SmartObject, executing the List method Returns an error.)

Investigated this error and it is occurring on 4.6.8 upto 4.7 on the Workflow Reporting SMO.

 

Resolution


The client is going to upgrade in 2017 in order for them to be in a supported area with regards to code fixes.
