Symptoms
Getting "The email address, Null or Empty, does not meet the requirements." error on the K2 Workspace Error Profiles page. This is from an Escalation process. The escalation email is configured under a Event Escalations activity and the Recipient is set to Destination User.
Diagnoses
It was found that the list of emails being populated in the CC field in the escalation email settings contains an extra semi-colon.
Resolution
This was resolved by removing the extra semi-colon. To prevent this error from occuring again, please ensure that the list of emails are seperated by a single semi-colon and that there are no blank emails or special symbols passed to the data field.
