Symptoms
Unable to open the SmartObject Service Tester with error:
Unable to open the smartobject service tester:
Could not connect to server [SERVER]:[PORT]
Inner Exception: The ConnectionString property has not been initialized.
Diagnoses
There were duplicate lines in the SourceCode.SmartObjects.Runtime.config file inside the "K2 blackpearlHost ServerBin" directory.
Resolution
After those lines have been removed and the K2 blackpearl service restarted, the error was resolved.
