The column "name_value" does not exist or has been removed by another user
 

Diagnoses

We have an SP list with a list of users, data type is a picker in SP.
We are using this to store approver lists used in the process. Approval users are selected using a picker on the form, the error occurs when trying to resolve the picker control on the SF.

When we try to execute the SMO we get the attached error.
We have refreshed the SMO, re-created the list and generated new SMO's.
