Symptoms
Highlighting text in smartforms after an upgrade is performed to K2 blackpearl 4.6.11 is not available. This can affect the ability to copy text from a view and paste it elsewhere as needed. List views and ListBox controls as a part of Item views both seem to be affected. This behavior can be observed across multiple browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, FireFox).
Diagnoses
This behavior has been determined to be a bug and is an introduced behavior in 4.6.11.
Resolution
Smartforms Rollup Patch 4611.15 seems to resolve the issue. Please contact K2 Technical Support to obtain a copy of the patch and gain assistance in applying it.
