Test process Sending Double Client Notification Emails for One Process Instance
Diagnoses
During investigation the k2hostserver.config file contained the following 2 entries
i asked the customer to make a backup of the config file then remove the entry, then do a service restart
Resolution
The respected customer closed the ticket.
