Symptoms

When creating a PandD package (Using the SharePoint tooling), we are seeing the following error...

''DocLibNameGoesHere]' ServiceObject is referencing the 'TermSetId' property on the 'Enterprise Keywords (TaxKeyWord)' Field that could not be found.
 

Diagnoses

We found that this only happens with lists or libraries where the "Enterprise Keywords" feature has been enabled.

To enable this feature, open List Settings/Library Settings > Enterprise Metadata and Keywords Settings > Check the appropriate checkbox.

After we looked at the service object in the database, we noticed that the GUID was set to all zero's. (This is a bug.)
