Symptoms

 


When performing a search, open the worklist item, action the item and hit refresh on the smartforms worklist control, it appears as if the current activity does not get updated as expected. 

 

Diagnoses

 


This is a bug and has been verified by LABS. This only happens when the search functionality has been configured on the smartforms worklist control. If the search functionality is NOT implemented on the control, the worklist item updates in the smartforms worklist control as expected. 

 

Resolution 

As a workaround you can use the SP2010 worklist web part. This has been identified as a known issue, please log a ticket and request the coldfix.
