Task list empty after notification
Diagnoses
A task is affected to a user.
This user receives the notification on his corporate iPhone (image 15).
He clicks on it and the "K2 Mobile" app appears with a task (image 23).
Quickly the task disappears and the list of the application stays empty (image 17).
On the top left the user sees the processing icon displayed, the application should try to synchronize the list?
Then the user quits the app.
And few minutes after the notification appears again on the screen, and this story continue again and again.
Whatever occurs the tasks list stays empty.
This issue occurs also on iPad.

ISSUE:

RESOLUTION:
It's working on customer side by replacing NTLM by Negotiate for the windows authentication provider of the application K2API
