i have a K2 workflow with infopath forms the task is created and goes to the person to take an action on it
when the person click on the item to see the infopath form, the link to the item need more than 30 Min or more to appear, in the link place (Click here to refresh)
any thing to do to reduce the time for it ?
or what the reason that Cause this behavior ?
Just to clarify, is it the actual opening of the
InfoPath document that takes 30min to open? 30 min is certainly not expected. What
is the actual size on disk of this file? Do you have big file/document attachments
and secondly do you have secondary data sources that gets queried?
in the sharepoint task list the task is created
but when the person try to open the task item
the K2 action page didnot show the link for the infopath item till 30 min or more
the infopath file size is 91 KB and there is external data source in it
i'll try to provide a screenshoot for it
This is not expected behavior. I would suggest
getting support involved to help you trouble shoot this. Please open a support
ticket for this item and also update the thread once you have this resolved.
