Hi All, i would like to know in which tables (K2Server/K2ServerLog db) the history maintained when a processinsstance created. If i Remove ProcessInstances from Workspace-> Process -> processinstances -> Instances tab (shows list of created instances), in which tables the status updated.

Created would be in both K2Server and K2ServerLog.._ProcInst tables (K2Server is transaction db and K2ServerLog is for Reporting purposes)
When Deleting the instance it will be updated in the K2ServerLog.._ProcInst table with a status of 5 which is deleted, provided that you did not select to delete the Log data as well.
If you deleted and also chose to delete the log data it will also be removed from K2ServerLog.._ProcInst table and in this case I don’t think there are any audit trail and it will be completely removed from all db’s
