Symptoms

When I work with adjusting or moving fields from one cell to another or if I add a row/column in ITEM VIEW, then I get an error message "Table array corrupt". after that view is destroyed. I cannot edit nor can I save anything in view. when I start with editing views (just designing the look of items in view) its not a problem but then suddenly during editing somewhere in middle I will get this error.

It will be really nice if you can help me and let me know about the reason of this error message.
 

Diagnoses

We have checked for browser errors in the Dev tools but it was nothing to do with it.
The control pack was 100% up to date and installed correctly.
Our labs team saw that there was a strange row that stretched out further than the rest.
This was an extra column to only one row which should not be possible.
 

Resolution

The client took a look at the XML and found and found a row with 16 columns instead of 15 and he removed it.
Now the view/form works fine.
