"System" category not present in K2 Designer
 

Diagnoses


When you go into the designer and want to make some changes to the system category but you are unable to see it as the category appears to be missing, what could be the possible route cause ?
 

Resolution

It could be that the system objects may have been disabled within the Show:All section within the designer, left hand corner main page.

If you check the check-box to re-enable it this should resolve the issue and you should be able to view the category.
