Hi all!

I have a production tenant and Nintex Hawkeye subscription gathering workflow's data. I wanted to use Inventory Lense to see where are the workflows that failed - were suspended, or were terminated or in any other way ended than just "completed".

However even though I manually put some of the workflows into suspended mode, other terminated, still there is no sign of it on Hawkeye Inventory Lens dashboard.

What can be a reason for such situation?

In case anyone is curious, this is not yet possible for Nintex for Office 365 due to platform limitations as George Tsigounis‌ informed me. This can be "workarounded" by placing process intelligence lenses inside the workflow and then by monitoring whether specific ones were executed or not. Of course if you know where your workflow is failing happy.png
