Maybe I've been working on this too long and just not seeing the wood from the trees...
I have a fairly complex workflow deployed on a client's sharepoint portal (http://client.domain.com). The process makes extensive use of sharepoint site and list events.
The portal URL is held as a string table variable and referenced in every list/site event.
I need to deploy said process on several more portals, with different URLs. I want to move the server url into a process datafield and reference it from there rather than the string table. Therefore the server URL is set at runtime for each client.
When i run the sharepoint site/list wizards - I can only select the virtual server url from the string table? :shock:
Is there any way to do what i want to achieve without generating and editing code on every single site/list event :?:
Please tell me there is...
