Symptoms
Intermittently, a user opens a task from a task notification and gets an error that they are not allowed to open a task. The task should always be available to the user since a slot is created for each destination.
Diagnoses
It was discovered that the destination rule was set to use 'Keep Roles Synchronized'.
Resolution
A suggestion was made to uncheck the 'Keep Roles Synchronized' checkbox and redeploy.
