State Machine

Hello,

I have created a workflow using the action "State Machine". This should be help me in switching the states when ever the items are rejected or escalated.

But this action is not working as expected. State Machine is not changing the state.

Can anyone please help me in this as I need to deliver this asap.

    It could be the Timer Service. Try restarting it.

    Make sure you have added the action 'Change State' so it will go to the next state.
