Can anyone advise me on which basis a K2 installer might not detect an SSRS installation.
My farm meets the requirements specified within the installation literature, and I've installed the report viewer SP1, which is also required, but the installer still isn't detecting SSRS.
Has anyone else experienced this at all?
Depends on what K2 version and SSRS version you are using. I have seen some issues with the SecureConnectionLevel setting in the RSReportServer.config (http://www.k2underground.com/blogs/johnny/archive/2009/08/19/some-differences-when-configuring-kerberos-with-host-headers-on-a-ssrs-2008-setup-with-0807v3-0-on-windows-2008.aspx)
Also note that SSRS is an optional requirement and is not compulsory if you do not plan to extend custom SmartObject reports in SSRS.
