Symptoms

Dear All ,
i couldn't configure k2 blackpearl set up manager with ssrs
i already prepare ssrs on DB server and got the webservice URL and opened it through k2 sever and it's connected but when i put it in k2 set up manager
it doesent working
FYI - k2 server can access DB server , the used User has privilege on both
 

Diagnoses

In a session with the customer we double checked the DTC on both servers then ran the Setup.exe from the Install folder then selected client tools installation on the SQL Server DB and selected SSRS. installation went well.
