SSRS Connection for K2 not available on server
Diagnoses
I've installed K2 SSRS components on a SSRS server. When I open Visual Studio on the same server to try to build a report, I don't see the connection for K2 available.
Resolution
Customer was able to follow the following KB, http://help.k2.com/kb000411 and see the SourceCode Datsource. After the original issue was resolved, he also ran into the following error when save or run report via SSRS server:
“The definition of this report is not valid or supported by this version of Reporting Services, or contain content that is not well-formed or not valid based on Reporting Services schemas. Details: The report definition has an invalid target namespace ‘http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/reporting/2016/01/reportdefinition’ which cannot be upgraded.” Targeting a lower version of the Report resolved this later issue.
