Can someone point me to the right documentation or explain the consequences of picking a specific Site Collection under SharePoint Confirugation Settings in Central Administration? Also, what do I need to consider when picking an Environment Library lower down in that settings page?

Hi,
All the k2 site settings and features will be added to the site collection you choose and K2 will add the url to your Environment library. Its not a case of picking a site collection and that is the only site collection you can use.
The Environmnet library you choose will be the library that is used to add the SharePoint URL field to. If you choos development, that SharePoint url will be used when you use the Development Environment library when you deploy a workflow.
