If there is a missmatch between the assemblies in the GAC and the Blackpearl forlder, you can check this by comparing the versions.

Also, this is most likely due to comething being changed or misconfigured - MSDTC, Visual Studio etc.

What do the Host Server logs say?

I have removed the IP and server name in the above code.

I have checked the GAC on the host and that file exists with the same version, the dll also exists in that Host ServerBin folder. I am out of ideas.
