Symptoms
We can successfully log into K2 Mobile but get "Sorry, something went wrong" on All Tasks and Forms... As a result, we cannot use K2 Mobile. Please see screen shots attached ("K2 Mobile.zip") and server logs ("HostServerLogs.txt") attached. This is a high priority item.
Diagnoses
As soon as I changed the app-pool for the K2Api web-application for Designer and Runtime websites to that of the corresponding smartforms app-pools, mobile connectivity was restored. I am however surprised that this wasn?t set properly by the K2 installers. Maybe you can log an enhancement request for the installer team?

Resolution
The issue was resolved by changing the app-pool for the K2Api web-application for Designer and Runtime websites so that it corresponds to the smartforms app-pools. We also logged a new feature request for the issue
