Symptoms

Issue:
The client experienced an issue with a user not able to open a from with a worklist control. When the user accessed the form an error was raised.
In the Console, the error that is thrown is:
SCRIPT12004: An internal error occurred in the Microsoft Internet extensions
File: RT.SourceCode.Forms.Controls.Web.ControlPack, Line: 114, Column: 45045

 

Diagnoses

Diagnosis:
We started of by having a look at the user right assigned to the user and if the user was a local admin on this server. We found the user had sufficient rights but the error indicated the opposite. when this user logs on to a different workstation or server he is able to open the form.
We then proceeded using a different user on the workstation the user experienced the issue and found that the user is able to use the form.

 

Resolution

Resolution:

We suggested the client should check to see if there is differences on ad level and group policy level between the users. The client found no issue but recreated the user and the issue is resolved.
